Shipping within Germany

Within Germany shipping is free of charge for orders over 20.00 Euros (German mainland plus islands). Up to an order value of 19.99 Euros we charge 4.90 Euros shipping costs. The estimated delivery time is up to 5 working days upon entry of a complete and correct order.

We use standard shipping for the countries mentioned below. Delivery is carried out by DHL – logistic partners may be used for deliveries to other countries. Shipping costs are listed below.

If you want your purchase to be delivered to any other country, please send us an email to shop@zoelu.com with details about the type and amount of article and the corresponding shipping address (country plus zip code). After having received the relevant information about shipping possibilities and costs from our shipping partner, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know if shipping to the desired country is possible and how much shipping would cost.

Shipping costs to the countries of the European Union mentioned above are 13.00 Euros per order.
Exceptions are France and Spain with 10.00 Euros shipping costs per order, Italy with 7.50 Euros per order, Austria with 5.90 Euros per order, Bulgaria, Greece and Malta starting from 19.00 Euros (depending on the weight) and Cyprus starting from 23.00 Euros (depending on the weight).

To Non-EU-Countries in Europe we charge 15.00 Euros per order. 

To Peru, Brazil and Australia we charge from 45.00 Euros per order, to Canada from 20.00 Euros and to the United States of America from 56.00 Euros per order (all depending on the weight)

The shipping costs for the return of goods from foreign countries have to be borne by the customer.

When shipping to countries outside of the European Union there may be additional costs that you will have to bear in particular cases. These extra costs might include charges for money transfers of banks (such as transfer fees, exchange rate fee, etc.) or import duties and taxes (e.g. customs fees). Information about the exact delivery date

The exact delivery time starts the day of the conclusion of the contract and ends with the last day of our indicated period. If the last day shall be a Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday in the respective country, the following business day will be considered.


Each item purchased at our ZOÉ LU shop can be returned within 14 days without specification of any reason. We will bear the immediate cost of returning the goods within Germany. In case of returns please send us an email to returns@zoelu.com. 

Outside Germany the cost for the return of goods have to be borne by the customer.

We kindly ask you to return the goods in original condition and with an undamaged original label. Your right of cancellation will not be restricted due to that. In case of deterioration of the goods, we reserve the right to demand compensation. Please also note the revocation instruction.

The processing time for a return is approx. 14 days. The credit voucher will be made via the same means of the original payment you chose.

Transport damages

If you receive items that have obviously been damaged in packaging or contents during transport, please report the damage immediately to DHL (irrespective of your warranty rights) and refuse to accept the package. Afterwards please contact ZOÉ LU directly at returns@zoelu.com so that we can protect possible rights for the sender.

Instant bank transfer (sofortüberweisung) is a direct banking system offered by Payment Network AG. With instant bank transfer, you can easily set up a bank transfer of the respective amount in your online bank account. You neither have to register, nor do you need a credit card.
