We often share recipes in the office, it's just part of the fun, right? Here are three that are heavily influenced by the mood board of our latest collection. We just hung out in front of it and brainstormed. The only given: everything must be as fast and easy as our zip on, zip off principle.
Berry Healthy Salad
Lamb's lettuce or arugula or whatever you like best and as much as you think you need, honeybunny!
6 tbsp. almond slivers
1 fresh goat cheese (80 gr per person is reasonable)
1/2 mug of blackberries
You guessed it: just arrange everything nicely on a plate. You should roast the almond slivers in a pan beforehand. Add a vinaigrette of half an onion (finely chopped), 4 tablespoons sunflower oil, 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar, 1 teaspoon of liquid honey, 2 teaspoons of Dijon mustard and the usual salt and pepper twist.
ZOÉ LU extra tip: If bae is moping, raw ham fits nicely on this plate, too. Or crispy fried bacon crumble.
1 clove garlic
3 tbsp. cottage cheese
3 EL Tahini sesame puree
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt & pepper
Wash the eggplants. Prick them with a fork in several places and off with them in the oven for 30 minutes, where they can do the job alone while you put on a face mask or answer the last 17 emails of the day. Let cool, then cut across the middle and scrape out the flesh with a large fork. Mix with all the other ingredients from the list – the garlic is pressed of course – chill well and serve with your favorite kind of bread, pita, baguette or as you wish.
ONE STYLE, MANY BERRIES
The irresistible 3-minute-dessert
Mascarpone + cottage cheese
Favorite berries: blueberries, currants, blackberries
Shortbread, preferably English
Something that suits your sweet philosophy: sugar, honey, agave syrup, etc.
At the bottom of the glass go the antioxidants that are so good for you, aka the berries. Next is your sweetened mascarpone + cottage cheese mix depending on your personal fat content policy. You've whisked that beforehand (well, but loooots of mascarpone makes the créme de la créme). Then crumble the cookie on top.
ZOÉ LU extra tip: If you want to enjoy the 3 recipes with other friends from our community, a mint leaf and a blackberry look nice on top of the dessert glass.
Hahaha & anyway, have fun with lilac and green!
